Jacklet came up with a couple of doozies today.
1) You know, days do keep coming even after you die. We know people who have died and the days still keep coming. So after we die, the days will keep coming.
2) I'm glad we have ears. You know, if we didn't have ears, we couldn't hear. I'm glad we have ears.
3) What happened to dinosaurs? What does distinct mean? Will people become distinct? If a meteor comes, let's move somewhere else so we don't become distinct? (I tried to correct the distinct to extinct... just didn't happen).

That is easily the most profound observation on death I've heard in a long, long time. Only a three-and-a-half year old could see so clearly something that becomes lost in obviousness to the rest of us. Thanks so much for sharing that.
